This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Tozai, Inc. (“Tozai,” “we” or “us”) with respect to your use of our Web site(s) located at www.tozaigames.com or www.sync-ball.com (collectively, the “Site”) so you can make an informed decision about using the Site.  By using the Site, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy, as may be modified by us from time to time.  We reserve the right to change the provisions of this Policy at any time.  We will alert you that changes have been made by indicating at the top of this Policy the date it was last updated. Your use of the Site following the posting of such changes or revised statement shall constitute your consent to any changes in our privacy practices. We encourage you to review this Policy whenever you visit our Site to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used.

WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
